Hip-Hip Hooray!

Well, this card took way longer than it needed to take.  I was "Distracted Crafter" this evening.  I needed to focus myself on the fact that I wanted to do these briefly.  I was going back in to "perfectionistic masterpiece" mode, which rarely gives me a good card.  This is extremely simple, and I like it a lot.
